Return Terms

Goldy accepts product returns on the following terms:

1. Returns and product changes are made up to 14 days from the day of receipt of the product,
2. The product should be returned in excellent condition as you received it (with original packaging, box, receipt, warranty, etc.)
3. Courier shipping charges the customer for the return of the product
4. Products that have been specially ordered (eg wedding rings with the name engraved, etc.) as well as seasonal items (eg Charms) are not returned,
5. In case of return and not change of the product, our company returns your money within 30 days from the day we receive the product you will send us. The deposit is made through a bank account that you will indicate to us.
